Avg Customer Rating:
Product Description: American Heat Tankless Electric Water Heater. These units are not point of use heaters! They will heat the water for the whole house simultaniously and replace that old spacious, limited hot water flow tank that we are all aware of. There are 4 models available at the best prices in the market. Make sure you check the correct model number before you make your purchase. Remember, the higher the amperage, the more hot water output you will get. The recommendation is always for the ADK-1 to ensure the maximum output for a longer lasting satisfaction. A lifetime warranty registration form will be included in the box for your customer to be instructed on with no worries. *Any general returns or requests for refunds due to customer poor choice in model number purchase, will only be honored minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee, providing that the returned unit is undamaged and in original condition.

Customer Reviews
Not For Everyone!
The problem with the Electric Tankless Heaters is that they have a flow sensor switch, so if your water pressure tends to fluctuate, as most all well/pump systems do, then you end up with hot/cold water, and having to constantly adjust temp. Maybe with "City Water" this wouldnt be a problem?
Also, since it only heats water when you turn on faucet, you have to wait each time you use it, so you end up wasting more water. I am wondering how much energy these tankless units actually save?
