still comfy but so wide
I've been purchasing these shoes for what seems like decades. They are still very comfortable although not as long lasting as years ago (what is?). My order is 11 Wide. A few words of advice about sizing. These shoes are a true 11 but they are not wide. My normal width is Medium. 2 years ago, I ordered 11 Wide. After a summer of wear, my feed slopped out of them. However, after reading recent reviews on sizing, this summer I reordered 11 Wide. The left shoe fits perfectly. My slightly wider foot is the right one. The new right sandal really required lots of break in and rubbed my little toe so much it needed pumice stone to smooth the skin. Getting into it still requires manipulation and a bit of effort, i.e., foot does not easily slide in and out when putting them on or taking them off. They are comfortable shoes overall but be careful on width sizing.

Great sandal, great service but....
I bought a pair of these four years ago in a store, and am usually loathe to order something so hard to fit as shoes online, but since I owned them before I thought I was safe. Still a great sandal, but runs extremely narrow now, and I ordered a 7W. Thankfully since they are leather, they will stretch, but they're a bit uncomfortable now.

Ordered them; they weren't available.

I owned a pair of these sandals in the '70s when I was in college. They were wonderful then and they are wonderful now. The fit is excellent, and comfort is outstanding from the very first wearing. I'm glad that Bass has stuck with a winner and continued to make this sandal.

The perfect sandal.
This is the perfect sandal. They wear like iron but are extremely comfortable. I have had several pairs over many years and will continue to purchase this brand and style. I highly recommend them.
