Product Description: Grantwood Technology presents the tuneband armband for the iPod Nano® 3rd Generation. The silicone skin is secure, thick and protective and allows access to all the ports on the iPod Nano®. The tuneband has a comfortable stretchy Velcro® band that fits both large and small arms. Also, the tuneband comes with a low tack peel screen protector. Finally, the tuneband is compatible with the Nike+iPod system, allowing you to attach the Nike+iPod receiver to the iPod. This package also includes the Shoe Pouch. The Shoe Pouch was designed by Grantwood Technology, LLC to allow runners and walkers to use the Nike+iPod Sport Kit® with any type of shoe. When designing the Shoe Pouch, our primary goal was to ensure a snug fit, extensively testing it with reinforced, nylon lace loops, and a Velcro® closure over the insertion slit. These designs maximize the durability of the Shoe Pouch while, most importantly, maintaining the accuracy of the Nike+® system. The Shoe Pouch matches the correct longitudinal alignment of the sensor, completely covers the sensor and attaches through the laces for excellent security. With a small, low profile, secure, neoprene design, the Shoe Pouch is the answer to using the Nike+iPod® with any style of shoe. Good shoe pouch, adequate armband/case, horrible screen protector
The shoe pouch works well, but the other elements of this kit are lackluster at best. The armband is just elastic and not particularly comfortable. The silicon case is hard and not as snug as others that I've used. It works well for the armband, but it's not great for a general Nano case. Above all, do not use the included screen protector! It's awful. You have to cut it out to fit your model of Nano and the buttons become clumsy beyond belief with the full front covered. When I tried to remove the lower part of the cover, I was left with the worst sticker goop ever and I'm still trying to remove it without damaging my Nano.
If you just throw away the screen protector, you have an OK product. Still I have to believe that there is something better out there. Although I can't complain too much given the price, I would not buy this again if I had the choice.

Good product, great customer service!!
This product works great for me. Very simple and basic (i would not use it if it was raining though) and the shoe pouch is great. I defiantely like it better than my Belkin armband because it is not as hot. As soon as I received mine, I put it on my nano. I went a little to fast and it ripped. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me another to replace it. They also followed up to make sure I had received it. It is really hard to find such great and prompt customer service these days. I highly recomend this company and their products.

Perfect Accessory for any Runner!
I bought this armband recently after reading all of the positive reviews here on amazon. So far, so good! I find the band to be very comfortable and sturdy -- overall great for running. I liked that it came with the silicone case and the shoe pouch (even though I don't have the Nike ipod kit yet).
I plan on buying one of these for my dad for his birthday as well. Great product and definitely great customer service from Grantwood....highly recommended!

The main advantage of this armaband is to allow you to plug the Nike+ connector. However, the quality of the armaband by it self is rather low. See iLounge for review
