Bike Rack
I own this product. I bought it years ago and have used it with no problems. It is sturdy, easy to use. The bikes do not rattle, they stay very secure and steady. A great item!

Bargain Deal and Excellent Quality
Amazon has the best price on this style of carrier that I could find. I was nervous about the quality, but it arrived and a casual inspection revealed a very rugged and well made rack. I took the free shipping and got this in 3 days! I can put this on my truck and load our bikes in less than 5 minutes with no tools. The bikes can't scratch my truck and they don't get scratched because the carrier is so well designed. My highest recommendation for this product and Amazon!

recommendation wrong
You recomended that I purchase a Master lock class III/IV snap on reciever hitch lock with a 5/8 inch pin, when I purchased my Swagman XC Cross-Country 2-Bike hitch mount rack.
The pin does not fit into in the hitch arm. I will have to either use the screw pin which is difficult to remove the rack when I am not using or midify the hitch to use the hitch lock that you recomrnded.

Great Purchase
The design of this bike rack is so much better than the typical design that holds the bikes by the frame. We initially purchased a well made Allen bike rack but we didn't like the way the bikes were mounted so we researched and decided to try this one, we are very happy with this purchase. This rack holds the bikes secure and accommodates any size frame or bike. Loading and unloading the bikes is a breeze and the rack itself is very easy to install on the vehicle. The rack feels very solid and well made. We did purchase the Swagman hitch stabilizer which does a super job at making the rack a rock solid fit.
As a few other reviewers have mentioned, just watch out for the ratcheting top clamps, they can pinch your fingers if you aren't careful ... I consider this a very minor problem.

Quality product that is very easy to use. The bikes are stable and secure. Far superior to other style bike carriers designed for receiver hitches.
