Very useful and accurate thermometer
It's simple to use, very accurate and multi use thermometer. Among all hobby and professional use, I used it to measure body temperature too. Just put it streight into the ear hole and trigger. Read temperature is equal to pharmacy thermometers. Very useful in case of fever.

Good Product
A good thermometer. I liked the product description that provided an estimate of the accuracy of the thermometer. I am much happier with this model than I was with some of the less expensive ones that I have tried before. However, I am using it for measuring the temeprature of a hot plate where I need to have a precise measure of the temperature. The thermometer of the hot plate long ago lost whatever accuracy it had and even repeatability is not possible.

Raytek Mini Reveals All!
This little wonder quickly and simply shows what has been invisible, the radiant temperatures of surfaces. The first thing I used it on was a frying pan, and found very uneven temperatures, explaining why I can't make a decent pancake in it. Going around the house and sampling surfaces like walls, windows and floors showed how much more heat loss there is through glazing and why we have an uncomfortable cold spot under a big window. For the money, the Raytek is an unbeatable diagnostic tool.

Raytek MT6 is great
I purchased this thermometer for work reasons but found many more uses.
For work I use it to check bearing temperatures on large fan units.
It worked great! I have used it on refrigeration units and to check on insulation problems on boiler systems. At home I have found it quite useful for checking window seals for leakage and if the refrigerator is working properly. I find new things to check everyday. The battery is still going strong and I have used it lot!

Great value for money
Works like a charm. Fast and accurate. Don't bother buying the carrying case as it comes with one that is perfectly adequate.
