The Complete Runner's Day-By-Day Log and Calendar
Each year I look forward to Marty Jerome and his updated log and running calendar.
I make notations of all my training runs, half and full marathons. When I run a race for the second time I refer to my previous notes contained in the log.
I look forward to reading the quotes from world class runners plus the running tips are beneficial in my marathon training.
Both experienced and novice runners will benefit from the log and calendar.

This is the best runner's log i ever used. I am longtime runner and for all but a few years the complete runners day by day log is the one i buy every year.

James, John, and Marty
For the past 26 years I have been logging my miles in The Complete Runner's Log Book and still pull out log books from the past to be reminded of monthly esaays such as James Fixx's "The Tyranny of Time" in May of 1984, John Jerome's "Frowning" in July of 2002, or Marty Jerome's most recent essay "Vanity". These three men have inspired my running for decades. My only regret is that I don't have the entire collection of 30 years of log books.

Chuck
I've used this book for 20+ years and am very satisfied with its format. It has dates already present (not generic calendar that you have to write in 365 days and dates). I enjoy the short sage comments at the beginning and end of each week.
