Product Description: The basis of the A-BUS system is simple. Instead of running speaker wire all over the house and a separate Cat5 run for control, send everything over Cat5 and power the speakers locally in the room with a Decora sized amplifier that conveniently hides as a wall-plate volume control. The AB-404 accepts an input from the AB-202 single source module and distributes it to four zones. It provides power, status, and IR distribution to all zones. A loop output can be used for multiple AB-404's. The AB-404 can be mounted in a structured wiring enclosure or screwed to a wall. It is compatible with enclosures from Channel Vision, OpenHouse, OnQ, or Leviton.
