Horrible, took the puzzles away from my 14 month old son
Terrible design. All the pieces are the same and the pegs are very small and a choking hazard. For the animal puzzle, all the pieces are just the hind quarters; not very interesting. I love Melissa and Doug products and purchased other chunky puzzles, stacking shapes, and magnets. Very disappointed and surprised. I actually thought they may be couterfeit. Don't be pulled in by the value pricing.

Great Toy, but don't buy
This is a GREAT toy and what a value! I want to be very fair to Amazon because they have not "done me wrong" before. I ordered this and the other Melissa & Doug Puzzle bundle for a birthday present. I have ordered it before and it is a fantastic toy, LOVE Melissa & Doug puzzles. I received the wrong order twice. Apparently, Amazon takes apart the puzzle bundle so I only received one of the puzzles. I returned it and they replaced it only with the same issue, just one puzzle. I followed up with customer service and they got back to me saying they no longer have a puzzle bundle that hasn't been separated. Maybe they will eventually refill their stock, but until then don't waste your time. I'm surprised they are still selling the items. Amazon is usually pretty responsible.

Great puzzles
These are great puzzles. It makes my 2 year old really think about what animal bottoms go with what animal tops, because some of the animals are similar colors. They also don't have pictures on the bottom on the board when you take the piece out making it more difficult.

We have lots of fun with these puzzles!
We talk about the animals, do the animal sounds...talk about the cars and who drives them. Sometimes we switch the pieces for fun. Very happy with this toy! Great toy for a two year old! (probably too difficult for younger babies)

Peg Puzzle
We love Melissa and Doug products in our house. This puzzle set was ok. I like the different items on the puzzle. It let's you talk about different cars, animals, etc... It is a challenge to find the right piece to go with each "set" because they are the same shape so you have to match by color, etc...but overall, I felt this puzzle was ok.
