Best Nerf gun yet!
This gun is very cool! My son got it and he loves it! He plays with it for hours and he loves playing against friends and siblings in what they call "nerf wars". It annoys me with all the bullets around my house and I recommend getting the value pack, with extra bullets and the shoulder strap. But I highly recommend getting it. I even find it a little entertaining!

Best nef gun ever!
My grandson, son and I all love this latest and best Nerf gun. Because it's electrically powered it's the easiest Nerf gun to modify. To see how I increased its range, rate of fire and appearance, please log onto a web page created for this gun at: http://www.waynesthisandthat.com/dm3000.htm.

cool, but watch out for kids
Very cool toy, but I gotta say, someone jammed the battery compartment in backwards and I can see no way to get it out, lol.
Otherwise, a fun toy, perfect for offices, :)

The ultimate in office wartime cover fire delivery
There are a number of people that have made office nerf war reviews for this and other guns, and I will happily follow suit. Good god, is this ever a great toy! If god loves action movies (and I'm sure he does) then this was his idea. I have yet to meet anyone in this office, toy lover or not, that hasn't been blown away by the sheer visual impact of the vulcan... and then I pull the trigger.
Wouldn't suggest this for little kids, I can see it breaking and jamming under less careful play, but it is a gem none the less!

Great For Office Negotiations
Cross-posted from the Value Pack page.
I actually ordered this from [...] since the value pack is cheaper there ($[...], same price as the gun itself). I highly recommend going this route vs buying just the gun (or from Amazon) since the extra ammo belt and shoulder strap are *extremely* handy.
Pros:
- Sheer number of darts is pretty staggering. Three people on my team have vulcans and when we hit someone's office, it will quite literally carpet the floor in darts
- Accepts any Micro darts. I bought a couple packs of the tagger darts so that as I lose darts, I can keep the belt full.
- Has rails, so if you've got any rail-mounted accessories, they work here (I recommend the red dot light from the Recon if you've got it)
Cons:
- Ammo box gets knocked off easily. Combined with the fact that it jams a lot if you don't have the ammo box on, it means you can end up looking silly (okay, sillier) if you try to bust in to someone's office, knock off the ammo box on the door frame and then jam three rounds later.
- Reloading takes an age. Fortunately, the value pack comes with a second belt, and loading a new belt is pretty quick. I still recommend having something else for reloading.
- You'll probably get one used against you at some point if they get popular in the office. I recommend a meat shield.
Anyway, it's a lot of toy for $[...]. If you're in to Nerf, it's well worth it, just keep something handheld around for quick use.
