i was so pissed!
I recieved these 2 suction cups in the mail and they both broke after first attempts to get the dent in my car out. The rubber part came right off and my car is still dented. I emailed jack's tool shed and I was refunded all my money even shipping within 24hrs. Great company with 1 cheap product.

Didn't meet expectations but Jack's Tool Shed made things right
I agree with a previous review stating it was hard to get the suction cups to latch on to anything. When I did get it to attach I found the power to be lacking. That being said, I e-mailed Jack's explaining my disappointment. They responded back first thing the next business day and refunded the full price including S/H. Although the product didn't meet my expectations I will definitely consider buying from Jack's Tool Shed again considering their superior customer service.

Very poor suction
Bottom line, these little suction cups don't have enough depth to them to properly attach to a flat surface. The suction discs are EXTREMELY shallow and it took multiple attempts to even get it to latch onto anything. (Even with a wet surface for more adhesion and vacuum.)

They may look and seem powerful, but don't be fooled..

Easy and works
We purchased this mini dent puller and used it on the front fender dent of my husband's truck. It worked incredibly fast with five or so pulls. The dent was rather large about 5" by 6". I actually purchased these for a ding on the hood of my new car. Didn't work as the dent is around the size of a hail stone (1"). The 2 ¼ size is too big to work correctly on such a small dent. Extremely pleased with this purchase and the best part is no body shop repair bill! Worth the small price. May not work for everyone but worked for us.
