When Canadians and Romanians make a movie together...
I knew I was in trouble within the first minute or so of this film. Well, technically I knew even earlier than that since I was aware this was a Full Moon release...but anyways. The two main characters are a teenage boy and girl. Their father was played by some guy with a very European sounding name. He must have had a heavy accent or something because they dubbed another voice over his. Talk about irritating. This is your usual Full Moon/Kushner-Locke low budget nonsense that some of us are sadly all too familiar with. The two teens end up at a deserted Wild West town with their parents. The girl steps through a floorboard in one of the buildings. Her brother spots a strange-looking device and decides to push a button on it. Next thing you know, they have both been transported to the 19th century. As if that wasn't bad enough, a UFO crash lands nearby and it's up to the two kids to save the aliens from the local townspeople. It pains me just taking time out of my life just to type this. The only (and I do mean ONLY) reason anyone might possibly want to see this is to see Carly Pope before she was on the TV show "Popular". Compared to everyone else, she looks like Meryl Streep doing a school play with sixth graders.

Goofy as HELL
This film has to be the most hilarious piece of trash I have ever laid eyes upon. I am 14 and about died laughing every time I saw the title aliens (Jiffy and Mom). The costumes are terrible you can see the zipper in almost every shot plus they have incredibally buggy eyes. They remind me of the creatures from another kiddy flick called "little bigfoot". This could be conceived as a film for all ages in that, kids like movies like this parents can laugh at how funny the the monsters look, teenage boys will enjoy the aformentioned monster and that hot Carly Pope girl that stars in the film, teenage girls will enjoy the love story thats in it.But most of all this movie is crap. I mean the story line is prepostoras. Going back in time wasn't enough for these film makers, No they had to add in aliens. I was pretty much lieing in the opening paragragh exept the carly pope thing and my age. Really the only way this thing is good is if your drunk, stoned, or extremely tired and punchy. Don't buy this at the redicoulsy high price they are asking watch it on hbo family where I saw it. in fact make it into a drinking game every time you see jiffy take a shot of vodka. It'll be easier that way.
