Very Effective, but Boring workout:Push-ups, jumping jacks, jog-in-place, crunches, etc.
I like the instructor. She's not interested in flashy outfits, make up, etc. She's there to make you sweat and she does a good job keeping you from quitting. The workout circuits are the problem for me, though. These are all the same basic exercises you've done since jr. high school P.E.. The music is very drab. I need for my workout to be fun or I start to get lazy. I couldn't wait for this workout to end so that I could jump into a more active workout.

Still, this DVD deserves the 4 stars for being effective in it's purpose... to make you lose weight and tone muscle.

The scale is finally moving
I began the video exactly one week ago. I am down by 4 pounds and feel great. I must admit I was very sore by the third day and had to rest the rest of the week. I normally walk 3 miles/ 4 times a week but this video made me feel muscles I didn't know I had. The best part about the video is that the exercises are simple and even when I think I want to stop the video, I remember that it is almost over. The length of the video motivates me to do it. Everyone has 20 minutes for themselves especially when you are getting results.

AMAZING 20 minute WORKOUT
This is a GREAT 20 min video with 3 levels. I have been doing it for 2 weeks and already notice results. Worth buying if you are serious about working out. It is not an easy work out but brings results.

solid quick exercise
I enjoy this workout because it's short and intense. I feel like I get a good workout but I am not spending hours meeting all th essentials (abs, cardio, etc) This tape does it all in under 30 minutes!!

OMG!!! This video was well worth it. I plan to use it when I cannot go to the gym and its only 20 mins. It was in great condition
