Plus: volume. Minus: designed for straight handle bars not drop bars. A must have for any cyclist who has to fend off clueless car drivers. Car drivers don't seem to realize that cyclists are traveling anywhere from 10 - 30 mph and therefore always seem to think they can make a turn in front of you. Well, not anymore if you got this horn. If one of these unconscious drivers looks like they might cut you off just give them a little toot and they'll be frozen in their tracks. As far as the other comments about pedestrians; pedestrians always have the right of way (on the streets and the trails) so do a little positive PR for cycling as a sport and stop for them, smile, say hi and then proceed.

Sound BLAST
VERY good product! Performes better than expected and it is loud. This was my third purchase in my search for a horn loud enough to do any good and I'll buy another without reservation. I had tried the battery powered Mega Horn, junk. Stopped working after 3 months and when it did work the bike riders in front of me would be looking up to see what bird was making the noise. Now with the Airzound I have to be careful to not over do the blast so as to not scare riders off the bike trail.
Did I say this horn works?

This horn is louder than a car horn. Awesome. I used to have the little bell horn. TALK ABOUT FROM ONE EXTREME TO THE OTHER. THIS THING ROCKS. I'm heard before I'm even seen. You cant beat that.

Say it Loud and Clear
Can't say enough good about this one. With gas prices headed for the upper limits of the solar system..I now ride my bicycle to and from from work tot the tune of 120+ miles per week!
I live in los angeles near LAX and the route I take puts me in the road with Angry auto and Bus drivers. These drivers, seem to hate bicycle riders because bicycle riders frequently delay them from making their turns or as in the case of busses, delay their bus stops by 1-3 seconds. So, they race around me and cut me off, on a regular basis, and frequently almost push me off the road...but something about this little horn...shocks them back into the reality that it is not OK to crush me in order to gain 1-3 seconds on their commute.
I am going to buy another one and carry it on my person when I am a pedestrian as all too frequently, a lot of drivers seem to carry some animosity towards pedestrians that want to walk in the crossing zone. These are the drivers that feel it is their God given right to block the crossing zone and make pedestrians walk into the intersection to get by them.!
Forget the reviewers who say this horn is 'too loud' or possibly not legal...the choice is clear..silently get crushed or honk LOUD and Clear.
