Product Description: This 1995 video contains four 10-minute workouts selected from Austin's Hit the Spot series: "Arms and Bust," "Abs," "Thighs," and "Buns." You'll need dumbbells for the "Arms and Bust" segment (inaccurately named because you can develop the chest muscles with exercise but not the bust). This workout includes some exercises that Austin says targets the chest, but because they're done standing, gravity puts more of the load on the shoulders, so the shoulders will tire before the chest gets any benefits. The "Abs" segment includes a variety of effective abdominal exercises, with enough repetitions of each one to make your abs groan. "Thighs" is a dated workout using traditional floor work (leg lifts from various lying and sitting positions) without weights or any kind of resistance. This is appropriate for beginners, but if you're an experienced exerciser, you'd get a better workout from a more current exercise video. "Buns" uses standing exercises such as squats, plies, and leg lifts without weights to strengthen the buttock muscles. --Joan Price

5 stars A Great Workout!
This video is awesome. This is the first video I've purchased from Denise Austin because I never thought that she was any different from the plethora of videos on the market, and to my surprise, she has her own style that's different from the others and effective. She does moves that I haven't seen before. So I'm taking Denise seriously now, and recommend this video to be added to your arsenal of work out tapes.


5 stars Denise turns up the heat!!!!
Denise really outdid herself on this video. For all of the people who has secretly thought guys where watching workout videos for different reasons....YES!!! Denise spends most of her time working out in revealing bikinis!!! Bikinis!!! Not to mention the gear is revealing but she also gets into revealing positions that just turn up the thermostat! The camera just seems to linger at these lustful moments. You can see every inch of her tantalizing thighs and scrumptious backside! Not to mention the sun beaming off her gleaming sweat moistened legs is enuff to send you sky-rocketing in orbit!!! This tape is actually four different tapes all spliced together for an all around routine. I highly suggest buying all 4 tapes so you can "workout" along side her. As Denise urges you to, "Give her all you got!" Yeah that's it, we are really doing it now' LOL!!!

I just got this video a week ago, and I'm addicted to it. Although I usually struggle with being motivated to do any type of toning and strenghtening exercises on a regular basis, I've already succeeded in working out at least 20 minutes EVERY DAY since I've had this tape! And I can already feel my abs getting stronger :-) This tape is composed of four 10-minute segements, each focusing on a different body part (the abs workout being my favorite - its the first stomach toning segment I've done that doesn't leave me with a horribly sore neck!). I was amazed at how quickly the ten minutes pass and you've completed your workout! Although Denise gets a lot of criticism for her overly-enthusastic manner and her often child-like references during exercises (i.e...saying tummies rather than abs) I feel that she is truly a strong motivator and an excellent coach who makes working out a little more enjoyable.


4 stars Great Workout For All Over Body Toning!
This is a great video if all you're looking for is toning.This video has 4 seperate 10 minute sections.There's one targeting your abs, thighs, buttocks, and arms.The first time I did this video,I couldn't believe how quickly time flew.I faithfully stuck to the video, and saw results only after a few weeks.I would highly recomend this video to anyone trying to get an-all-over toned body.
