Customer Reviews
A note from the editor
Thank you midwest book review! I was going to write something similar but I don't even think I could write something that good. My Dad is the writer in the family. I'll give some inside info for readers then. This is so funny, I can't type it fast enough! When we arrived at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, New York, Dr. Jeffery Laitman brought us up to the room he had arranged for the interview and displayed for us were various skulls for us to examine and talk about. Dolphins, birds, turtles, all kinds. To begin, he picks up the skull of a gorilla and says, "This is the skull, of a New York rat!" Well, of course we all fell about the place. Dr. Laitman was extremely gracious and giving of his time and expertise as was also Dr. Joy Reidenberg. Aside from interviewing those two in New York, we also met Ian Tattersall and Ralph Holloway at their respective institutions for their contribution to Early Man. Dr. Laitman and Dr. Reidenberg are featured in the three box set The Human Body The Musculoskeletal System, The Nervous System, and The Major Systems and Organs also available here at Amazon. This was the first group of interviews I attended while working for my Dad and I was astounded at how much I had learned. People often describe learning as being like opening a door in your mind. Well, for me this was like all the walls collapseing and the roof flying away. That was just the beginning. We then went on to produce The Colonization of North America. A five part set focusing on the French, English, Spanish and last but not least, The First Settlement. I would say what it is but then readers would lose their curiosity. No, not Jamestown, no, not Plymouth or Plimoth as they spell it. And for the really smart people, no it's not Roanoke either. You'll see when you buy it. Ha! Then, we moved on to Documents of Destiny. More reviews by me available here at Amazon on those titles and others in the Just The Facts Series. Another great show that stands out in the lineage of what we have created is The Reformation. I thought it was going to be boring and lame but it is beautiful and insightful. Enjoy everyone!John Rodgers Cheif Editor Full Circle Entertainment

Terrific addition to classroom or home schooling curriculums
Three superbly produced and presented video boxed set presents a comprehensive, "viewer friendly", informed and informative history of the human race as a collection of hominid species dating back some millions of years ago and culminating in the eventual dominance of homo sapiens. Drawing upon the expert findings and commentaries of geologists, archaeologist, paleontologists and others of the scientific and medical communities, The Early Man trilogy has a total running time of 150 minutes in which it details what we currently know from the fossil record concerning the physical and cultural evolution of human beings. Part 1: Early Man: The Beginning Of Mankind presents the earliest known apelike creatures who walked upright, foraged for food, molded tools from stone, wood and bones, and how fossil ages are calculated. Part 2: Early Man: Ancestors of Modern Man introduces the first of what can be classified as the hominids pre-dating modern man and explains how these creatures lived and adapted to their environments. Part 3: Early Man: Dawn Of Civilization showcases the Neanderthals, and the emergence of Homo Sapiens, as well as the earliest development of agriculture and animal domestication. Early Man is an enthusiastically recommended addition to school and community video libraries, ideal for adults seeking a comprehensive and comprehensible overview of human evolution, and would make a terrific addition to classroom or home schooling curriculums on the evolutionary history of mankind.
