Quality product that is very easy to use. The bikes are stable and secure. Far superior to other style bike carriers designed for receiver hitches.

Bike Hitch Mount - Swagman XC
Great product , very sturdy holds both male and female very securely . I did put extra padding on the hooks that hold the bikes. Have been on a number of trips and every thing is fine! D A Lapiska , Penna.

Look no further!
Even if you only need to carry one bike, this is the rack to have. I have had 3 other big name racks of varying style and this is by far the best for the money. Not only is it simple to use, but it is simple to assemble. Right out of the box it is 90% assembled. Another big plus is the length of the hitch receiver bar. This rack clears my bumper perfectly with my Hidden Hitch, which was a concern of mine while shopping racks. No hitch extension needed! This is also the best, and in my opinion the only way to rack a bike. The wheels are kept stable and the frame grip arms keep your bike nice and snug without causing any scuff to your bikes paint. The company recently changed the hitch pin to a screw in bolt, which some claim is not as easy due to the need for a wrench to get it on and off, but it does keep the rack much more sturdy and rattle free and also would make theft of the rack much more complicated to a would be thief. Just keep a 23mm socket in your vehicle and you'll be fine. I would recommend adding a large washer to the hitch bolt to get a better grip and keep the bolt from scratching your hitch.

Can't beat it!
For the price, this is a great alternative to the high end hitch racks. Holds bikes very securely & the ratcheting clamps work great on my wife's Mt. bike with a sloping top tube. Assembly was easy. Only downside I found, I had to buy a hitch extension ($55.00 + SH through Amazon) to clear the gate mounted spare tire on my 2007 Jeep Liberty. Still, a good quality rack for the money.

Best BIke Rack Ever!
The bike rack has very sturdy construction that will securely hold even the heaviest full suspension downhill bikes with ease. But most bike racks can do that. There are three major advantages that this bike rack has over the others.
First since it holds the bike by the tires, it will hold any bicycle made. You do not need any adapters or to take the wheels off of the bike. This leads to the second advantage. It takes seconds to put the bikes on the rack. You don't have to hold the bike steady with one hand and fumble with clamps or straps with the other hand. You just set the bikes tires' into the slots and slide the clamp down on the bike. It has a ratchet mechanism the holds the bikes in place. The third advantage is really a two-parter. Because the bikes sit closer to the hitch, there is no lever arm, and therefore no torque applied to the hitch. The bikes don not rattle and shake around when you make turns and go over bumps. Another benefit to this is that the rear window is no longer blocked by by the bikes. I would not go as far as to say that the view is unobstructed (in my Jeep Cherokee) but I can see a lot more of the road than I could with my other racks. This is my third and final bike rack.
The other reviews cover the rest of the features but I highly recommend this bike rack to everyone.
