Customer Reviews
Worked well for years but LCD segments eventually gave out
I enjoyed the WS-1025 for a few years, but eventually the humidity has caused LCD segments to fail, starting at the bottom ("min") and moving up. Also, sunlight does cause it to read high. I'm buying another which I hope will last as long, because it is pretty cool looking and easy to read.

Only cooler climes
This looks cool and works well in a shaded spot on my patio. It's never been wet. I noticed however the digits were getting hard to read when the temperature was over 85F or so. It became non-functional over 95F. (It is 100F right now) This is completely ridiculous for a place like Texas. I replaced the battery to make sure. Digits were barely visible until I stuck it in the fridge and then the digits magically reappeared! Oh, well.

Temp at a glance
I put this on the slider to the deck. It works well and is at a very handy location to monitor the outside temp every time walking into the kitchen.
If you plan to put it on the slider in your home BE SURE THE SLIDER HAS A STOP before it contacts the thermometer. That is why I purchased a second one :).

I love mine!
I have had my two thermometers for over a year. They both work great, and most of the time, their temperature matches that of the temperatures listed by the media. I have had several people purchase one as the result of the ones they have seen in my home.

Window Thermometer
This is a great thermometer at a nice price. Bought two of them a year ago and gave one to a friend. Have had many positive comments about mine at home. The daily min/max readings are great and it resets itself every day. Bought two more recently to use elsewhere.
