Pretty necklace, but nearly doubled in price.
I purchased this necklace as a Christmas gift for my niece. She absolutely loved it. Yes, the chain is very thin, but this can easily be switched for a chain more substantial. I decided to purchase the same necklace for a birthday gift and found that the price had nearly doubled. Perhaps it is due to Valentine's day approaching and the demand for heart jewelry, but I find the extreme price increase disturbing.

Smaller then I thought it would be but still great.
When I initially found this necklace I was searching something that had some diamonds that wasn't too expensive but still would make my wife happy. Thats what I got, she loved it even thought it was smaller then i was expecting she still liked it. The chain is really thin and tangles easily and looks like it could break easily. This may be a problem for some people but it doesn't bother my wife at all, she likes small chains. The pendant itself is a little bit smaller then a dime, and the chain is a little thicker than fishing line. Hope this info helps someone picture it better because the image makes it look a lot bigger. The chain can easily be swapped out for a thicker one and the pendant will still rest the same.

Good for the price!
Product description is accurate, it is neither too big, or too small. It looks very good, yet simple when it hangs from my girlfriend's neck. The only con is that the chain it brings is very thin and weak. Mine got tangled into a knot the first day and I had to break it, so plan on investing a few more $$ on a better chain.

shipping condition
I love the look of this item, but as for their method of shipping i am very disappointed. I got the product in the mail yesterday afternoon, opened it up and look in the box to find the chain completely knotted up and in a ball at the bottom of the box. I brought it to work this morning to untangle it while at my desk and i spent almost 2 hours undoing the massive knot. I was quite upset yesterday when i opened the box, this is a gift for my wonderful girlfriend and was not expecting to see a mess of a chain in the box as a gift instead of a nicely packaged necklace. Product satisfaction- 5 out of 5, Overall satisfaction- 3 out of 5

Nice pendant
The heart pendant is very pretty and just what I wanted. The chain, however, is very thin. I would definitely recommend finding another chain if you want to wear this on a regular basis.
