5 stars A Whole Bunch of Mariah in just 42 minutes!
This is a really good tape! It has the first four videos off of Mariah Carey's debut album; "Vision of Love, Love Takes Time, I Don't Wanna Cry (Studio Edit,) and Someday (Extended Version.) It also contains two live performances of Mariah at a nightclub in New York City; which are "Vanishing, and Don't Play That Song." Between the vidoes Mariah talks about her life before she was a singer and what it took for her to get there. The video also some raw footage of Mariah and her backup singers walking around New York, and practicing in nightclubs. The best part of the DVD is when Mariah and her singers walk over to this dude's car and act as if they are advertising it! And one of the funniest parts was when Mariah and her backup singers where backstage singing "All In Your Mind," and Mariah hit this high note and she started laughing and the note just messed up! BUY THE VIDEO IT'S THE BEST!

5 stars All about Mariah in less 40 mins.
I love this VHS, is one of the best that she has edited, It contains some rare behing-scenes footage and three of her fift videos. (There's got to be a way and I don't wanna cry aren't included.
I don't know how I didn't buy this video before, maybe because I was 2 or 3 old. But used or new... Is awesome, contains the first four videos that she did.
Mi conclussion is: This tape is really awesome, Mariah talks about her life without complications... Only must came out in DVD Format.
Videos include: "Vision of love", "Love takes time", "Someday" And an additional footage "I don't wanna cry"
Live performances are "Vanishing" and "Don't Play that song"
Plus rare behind-scenes footages and performances segments, also Interviews about the album and the videos... I love it!

5 stars This is great!
I love this video because you can take a look at Mariah at a time when she was not a household name. It gives you a chance to see her as she is at certain parts where the filming is reallly raw. This video also has some great live performances at a small club. "Don't Play that Song for Me" by Aretha Franklin is my favorite song she has covered to date. She also performs "Vanishing" at track that is the least "produced" song on her first album and really showcases her voice. This video is fun and great to watch a million times!

5 stars Awsome video
This video is off the hook. It has all the video's from her debut cd plus two live performances. There is also some awsome interviews and bonus footage of Mariah. The rare thing about this video is contains the orange version of "I don't wanna cry" it is different from the one you would normally see. She is in a studio and out in the field and the video is tinted orange (very rare). There is also the extended version of someday (12" remix). Must have.

5 stars I love this tape
I really, really love this tape for its "behind the scenes" look at Mariah as an up and coming singer. Favorite moments include watching Mariah run down the street unaccosted by ANYONE and posing in front of someone else's limo as if it was hers, her back up singers telling passersby on the street her name (who then look blank: "WHO??"), her getting ready for her appearance on "Saturday Night Live," and a shot of the scribbled lyrics of "Love Takes Time."

My absolute favorite bits are when she sits and sings a cappella with her back up singers, just sitting around and hitting those high notes so effortlessly, and freestyling some of her songs.

The only disappointment is the snippets of her appearances on "SNL" and "Showtime at the Apollo." I remember seeing those shows and now I want copies of the performances! Seeing the bits here only makes me want them more, but all we get is a tease.
