5 stars great product
This toy is the hit of my grandsons 3rd birthday. It is very durable and there is a lot to do with this ship.It really gets his imagination going.I would recommend it to anyone.

5 stars Two Happy Boys
One son got this last year for Christmas. It was such a popular toy we bought a second one for our other boy. (Ages 3 and 4 now) They play with them endlessly. They have drawn out pirate "battles", they go on adventures together, they crash... it's endless. I've never had the hull come apart (as one other reviewer mentioned) and these ships take quite a bit of heavy play at my house. Nothing has broken off our ships at all. They get carried around in the oddest manners, they get crashed into each other and they've been dropped on concrete. Nothing. After 9 months, they look as good as they did the day we took them out of the package. I highly recommend.

4 stars Lots of Fun
Bought this toy for my 5 1/2 year old grandson. He loves pirates and his eyes just lit up when the ship arrived. I think it will be one of those toys that if taken care of will be passed on to the next generation.

5 stars Andy's Pirate Ship
I got this for my 2.5 year old grandson, Andy - he loves it. The toy is intuitive, colors are bright and appealing, and there's lots of imagination that went into the design and "play" of this toy. From the time we took it out of the carton to the time that all of the pieces were available from the box for him to touch and hold, he was putting the pieces just where they belonged. My daughter recommended one of the two of these toys - either the castle or the pirate ship - and she was right: what a great toy! After all these years, Fisher-Price is still at the top of the heap - my kids loved them, and now my grandchildren do.

4 stars Arrrr. It's a great toy
This has proven to be a fairly durable and enjoyable toy. This ship and a castle have taken the place of Thomas on the train table. Many an action figure have walked the plank. Although you don't have the "educational" value of a ship you assemble, it is really nice that it doesn't come apart. This is basicly one piece. It rests in the ocean (a large piece of blue felt) teaming with sea creatures. *The place where characters battle broke almost immediately - only one place moves. However, the rest is sturdy.
