Excellent!
I really enjoyed this postnatal workout DVD. I really like everything I've tried in the QuickFix series, so I was really excited about trying this one and was definitely not disappointed. Nancy Popp is an approachable instructor who gives clear instructions; the workouts are therefore easy to follow and she offers modifications at all times. The 10-minute format is of course wonderful, and the props required are reasonable (a mat and a strap). Overall, another great offering from the QuickFix series!

This is a great post natal workout
This is a great post natal workout for someone who is out of shape. I was on bed rest for the final 5 months of my pregnancy, so I was seriously out of shape. This workout is not too hard for those of us who had complicated pregnancies, and it really works what you need worked after having a baby. I also had a C-section, and it's not too much stress on that area that can be extremely sensitive. Despite being gentle on you, you will still work up a sweat, and the stomach workout is great!

Post natal workout
Not annoying and just tough enough to keep me going but not discourage me. I like that it is broken up in segments so that I can tend to the toddler when he needs it (and he needs it often!) I didn't see fast results because I got pregnant two months after purchasing.

Great DVD
I love this workout program. The workouts are targeted and short and help get results even if you have a very demanding infant!

Not What I was Expecting
I purchased this video thinking I could use it with my new baby. It is actually just for the new mom. Although the exercises are short (ten minutes each I think)I had a hard time finding ten free minutes to do these. When I did get to do them I found them to be too easy. I would consider myself to be an "intermediate" level if not below that. I was looking for something that made me sore the next day and fatigued at the end of the workout but that is not what I discovered. I was disappointed with these workouts. I would say that if you have any exercise experience that you should try something else.
