Product Description: Contoured to perfectly fit a player's hand, the Nunchuk controller goes an extra step to meet the needs of gamers. It features the same motion-sensing technology enabled in the Wii Remote controller, with an analog stick to assist in character movement. Use it to move your characters and have them perform all kinds of specific actions -- whether it's throwing a pass in football or aiming a ranged weapon in an action game. The ambidextrous nature of the Wii controllers grants accessibility seldom seen in game controllers.

Customer Reviews
Nunchuks needed!
The Wii nunchuk controller is necessary for many games, as well as for the boxing in Wii Sports. I needed the extra one since 2 kids are sharing the Wii and often compete against each other - lots of fun and the kids aren't just sitting there on the couch. A good investment!

Good times!

Necessary item for quite a few games.
High quality item that's useful in quite a few games. I purchased a second one to keep in my WII Zapper.

Good investment
It is a good product and mine came properly packed. Has given me no trouble so far.

Nifty, but feels unfinished
The nunchuk controller is a unique way to play games. It's disconcerting at first to have your hands apart, rather than hanging onto a controller and operating two thumbsticks. But then it rocks, especially in games like Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. The accelerometers inside the nunchuk make it more than just a one-handed thumbstick. You can toss it forward and yank it back to pull objects in the game. Super-freaking cool.
My only complaint about the nunchuk is that it feels unfinished, sort of plain. It's just a smooth hunk of molded plastic. There's not even a Wii logo. It seems almost like a prototype. It sounds stupid, perhaps, but it needs a bit more flair. Maybe a "grippy" surface or something.
But... it does what it's supposed to do and does it well.
