Works great so far
I ordered this to replace the original xbox 360 headsets that were quickly broken by my nephews. So far the headsets have worked great. I've used it to send some voice messages and also as the microphone on Rockband and don't have any complaints.

Great Value and Durability!
I bought this to replace the headset that came with the Xbox 360, which unceremoniously broke shortly after I got the console!

The headband is comfortable, and much sturdier than the flimsy plastic the default headset is made from. The "earmuff" piece is also much more comfortable. Microphone also feels less flimsy when handled. Overall the build quality of this headset is *far* better than the Microsoft one.

The only annoying thing is that the volume and mute switches are on a remote clip, and not directly near the controller. I generally don't clip anything to my shirt while playing, so this made for some confused fumbling when trying to mute sounds.

Nice bonus is that the product works with both Xbox and 360.

Overall, a fine unit, a great replacement for the default 360 unit, but the controls could use some work!

Good fit, nice looking, great price, sound quality is ok but...
Well I pretty much said it all in the title but here's my 2cents anyway.

It really is very comfortable. It doesn't pinch, the cord is plenty long enough, and it is easily adjustable.

Looks nice, nice design. The green/white is attractive and makes it look like it could have been part of the original XBOX360 color scheme rather than an after-market add on.

Price? Mine was a couple dollars less than the replacement for the original one that came with my system.

Sound quality and voice pickup. My friends on XBOX LIVE didn't notice a difference when I switched from the Bluetooth wireless to this so the voice pickup must be pretty good. My only complaint is the sound volume control. In a perfectly QUIET room, the sound quality is pretty good. But seriously! Who gets the luxury of playing in a completely quiet room? Well ok... this is probably not a problem for singles with no friends, roommates or live-in family, but for the rest of us? Frustrating!

better than expected
They work great. the random schreeching from someone other persons mic will not come in as loud as the generic headset. you can hear people much better and clearer and all the background noise you have a home will never be heard by others.

Great headset
I was told by my son that the clarity on this headset if far better than the Microsoft one. It is clear and no static. Great item.
