okay, but has some problems
the seat is basically a booster seat, but for very small dogs only! anything over say, 25 or 30 lbs will not fit in it comfortably. also, the sheepskin-like pad on top slides all over the plastic base underneath it. so your dog ends up sliding all over the place whenever you turn a corner or stop. i wouldn't buy this again.

Puppy Love
My dog(s) LOVE this car seat. I have one (large-12 pound) Chihuahua and one (tiny-10 pound) Boston Terrier. They both love being able to see out of the windows, and when you run the seatbelt in the back seat like you would a child's car seat, I have no issue with the legs being un-sturdy. My chihuahua even sat in this seat for 4 days as my husband and I moved across the country from NV to VA. In fact, if I take the seats out of the car for whatever reason, they will both lay on top of the seat and beg to go for a ride. My only qualm is with the water/food dish. It doesn't easily attach to anything. But I see no purpose in it, so I recycled it.

Puppies can see out the car windows
This product was pretty much what it said it would be. Maybe not as sturdy as I would have liked, but it does the trick. My puppies can see out the car windows and they stay put, which is a must for me. Would recommend for a small dog. Product says up to 40lbs but I can't imagine putting a dog that large on this seat.

Where do I begin?! First of all the little happy dog on the ad for this product must have been sedated. The "cool" extended legs literally a flop. They are very unstrudy! Also the "convenient" food and water bowel didn't easily attach. Last, but not least the the side straps are confusing to assemble to my pet's harness. I had to email the company to get better instructions, because the info that came with the product was so vague.
