awsome gluten free bread
This is the best Gluten FREE bread!! But you do have to cook it longer than it says on the package or it will not be done in the middle. I cook it a total of 78 minutes. After the first 20 I cover it with tinfoil so it does not get too brown then after 50 min I uncover it and let it cook another 8 mins. YUMMY!!!

Best baking mix I've tried
This is the best baking & pancake mix I've tried. The pancakes aren't gritty and the muffins and bread taste like the real deal!

great as cookies
This brownie mix doesn't bake at 7000 feet altitude, but it works super well as chocolate/chocolate chip cookies. Makes 24.

A great product
This product makes very good bread and excellent bagels. I haven't tried it for pizza dough yet but I'm sure it would be good. The texture is good, not at all crumbly. Holds together well, even after freezing.

I love pamalas baking mix...the pancakes are great...the muffins also good/be sure to add a little fruit and not over bake/freeze to keep from going bad and/or drying out.I use it with cornmeal and follow my normal cornbread...even yummier corn bread if I add a can of drained corn:-)
