EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I love the orange flavor. Taking this product for your overall health is so easy. You can take it with yogurt or just squeeze it out of the packet. Takes like an orangesicle ice cream. If you can't stand the fish capsules, try this product. Great for kids, too.

NO FISH OIL BURPS OR AFTERTASTE!
After trying many many fish oil products, this is the only one that I can tolerate. No burping or nausea and I do not continue to taste it for hours. Consumerlabs.com tested this and gave it good ratings with no mercury. It is easy to take and carry. Has stevia which is a natural sweetener that does not raise blood sugar. Highly recommend!

Omega-3 and DHA without the fish oil burps!
There are many other benefits to fish oil, including being useful in the treatment of a number of forms of depression, and many physicians recommend it for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. But the problem for many is that they find the capsules to be intolerable for one reason: fish oil burps.

The Coromega Omega-3 Supplement, Orange Flavor, Squeeze Packets seem to eliminate that problem for most. It's packaged in convenient daily dose pudding-like squeeze packets. I personally like the taste of this and the lemon-lime variety (see below), but if one doesn't, they can easily be mixed with blended drinks or added to yogurt. These Coromega products contain top quality fish oil from deep, cold-water fish, which is said to be the best kind.

It should also be noted that low levels of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) have been connected to various forms of depression, ADD (attention deficit disorder) and Alzheimer's disease. A couple of years ago my optometrist advised that I take fish oil capsules on a daily basis to help ward off macular degeneration. For those who don't know, this is a condition that occurs when the macula (the area at the back of the retina that produces the sharpest vision) weakens over time.
