This is a very informative book. It identifies each over weight persons problem and provides eating plans accordingly. The author provides a lot of helpful nutritional data. I have been on the plan for five days and have loss three inches off off my belly and waist. This plan works for me and I didn't have to go hungry to get results.

This book is nothing but pseudo-science and nonsense. I can't believe I wasted my money on this!! Save your $ and look elsewhere for common sense advice for weight loss.


5 stars The 7 Principles of fat burning
Unforgettable. Very well written, easy to read and understand. Finally a book that explains why we have multiple symptoms that all seem too insignificant by themselves to bother a doctor, but when lumped together under a body type that is not being nurished properly, become a major issue in our everyday lives. Since receiving this book three weeks ago, I have followed the Liver Enhancement plan, I have lost 3 kilos (about 6lbs), feel less hungry, feel more energetic, and have better control of my blood sugar levels as a type 2 diabetic. I have also stopped taking Lipitol and feel more positive and clear headed than I have for years.


5 stars Do you want to change your health?
This is an outstanding book on changing your health and living healthy. I have studied health living for some 40+ years and gotten of track. This book got me back on track fast and it was an easy decision. This is one of the best books that explains the what, when and how to take care of your health. I got acid reflux in the last few years and didn't understand why and how. This program reduced my acid within a week and was reduced to very little in three weeks and it is almost gone. My fourth week it is even less. I expect complete healing after following Dr. Berg's program for 90 days to a year. The book is not about healing acid reflux but the healing is a reult of following Dr. Berg's plan. I am losing weight and feeling better than I have felt in a long time. So, Yes his book "WORKS" and it is good for you!!!! I recommend that everyone read this book because it will change your life for the better. Good health to all.

This is a great book. It helps to follow a diet program when you understand the physiology as a result of eating. I gave up sugar only and lost seven pounds the first week. I feel better, don't have the aches and pains now. More energy, too. I am trying to gather the products to go on the diet totally. I think this author really hits it on the head, for sure. An easy read.
