Product Description: The simply designed Casio G-Shock Classic digital watch for men offers shock resistance that's great for your most vigorous sporting activities. The durable rectangular black watch case measures 45mm wide (1.77 inches), and it's matched to a comfortable black resin sports strap. The face has two windows that show time (bottom) and date (top) as well as a circular display for the stopwatch function, which can measure events down to 1/100 of a second for the first 60 minutes (and down to 1 second from 60 minutes to 24 hours). It also offers elapsed and split time modes, and 1st-2nd place times, and it includes a countdown timer with a 24-hour range. Other timekeeping features include a multi-function alarm, hourly time signal (which can be turned off), and 12/24-hour formats. This timepiece also features an Auto Calendar (pre-programmed until the year 2039), ±15-second accuracy per month, Afterglow backlighting, and water resistance to 200 meters (660 feet)--which will stand up to the rigors of recreational scuba diving.

Great watch, great price...
I think this is a great watch. I wear it to work, and it takes a beating constantly. It feels light on your wrist, so you can wear it all day and not even know it's there. But for being so light, it'll actually take a pretty good shot or two and still be fine. I've had other duty watches that held up to constant abuse, but none are as light or as operator friendly as this one. I wish I would've just bought this watch originally. Definitely recommended, but especially at this price.

BE CAREFUL WITH CASIO
I have had a Casio watch for about a year and now the watchband needs replaced. I was informed by Walmart that they cannot replace a Casio watchband. I called Casio and they told me that as far as they know NO CASIO WATCHBAND CAN BE REPLACED BY A NORMAL WATCHBAND! I had to order a watchband from Casio and they had to know which model it was before I ordered it. Total price: $12.00 shipping, handling and sales tax included. I then asked the representative if instructions would be included because it was a different type of setup instead of pins. HE SAID THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO RECOMMEND TAKING THE BAND TO A JEWELER TO HAVE IT PUT ON!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS AS BANDS DO NOT LAST FOREVER!!

G-Shock Best Work Watch
The watch takes more abuse than any other I know but I have only worn Casio G-Shock for the past 15 years or so and am a little biased. Only problem is the wrist band doesn't hold up as well as the time piece and the replacement wrist bands are also not up to snuff. Still.....wouldn't wear anything else.

great watch
this is a great work watch and casual too.the display is easy to read and very functional.the light is easy to access in the dark and tell time too.i also like how the buttons are tucked in so you don't accidently hit buttons while sleeping or whatever.the watch is also very comfortable as well.i paid less than $45 with shipping and it is well worth it.this watch was suppose to be a work watch,but turned into my everyday watch.

Watch it!!
This is the second watch of this model that I have purchased in two years. The first one just gave out. Thought I'd give it another try.
Great value for the money. One downside that has nothing to do with the product is that within 24 hours after ordering the watch, my e-mail box was spammed with watch offers. And is spammed daily. Tried to contact Amazon, but received generic answers. Unfortunately I do not remember which dealer I purchased this item from. Might want to use an alternative e-mail address when you order.
