Works Great - Keep it Clean

Keep your filter clean and it will be easier/faster to clean. The squeeze bottle is accurate and efficient.

I got my K&N filter with my car and it had been a while since cleaned so it took me three washes to get it as clean as I felt I could get it. I have a 1995 Honda Accord using Filter 33-2071.

My washing and drying process took a while, but after that the re-oiling went surprisingly quick. I really considered going with the aerosol but opted for the squeeze bottle instead. It was accurate and easy to apply, a small consistent bead across the ribs and I was done fairly quick, I used the recommended guidelines for oil quantity and I got it right the first time.

I think it is a good value too, you get many uses out of the kit.

Good product, the cleaner is great. The oil was difficult to determine the right amount to use.

If you want to put in the work
This is the right stuff to use for your K&N filter if you want to keep it forever. I did not notice a different with my filter, and even when using this stuff it seemed pretty difficult to get the filter clean. I will probably just buy the normal air filters from now on and save the hassle of trying to clean this one every so often. You also have to wait a while for it to dry before putting it back in the vehicle, and I would rather just pop in a new air filter and go on about my business.

Well worth it!
I clean my filter every 15k miles and I am still on my first kit that i have had for well over a year. It does a great job and the filter looks brand new sfter you have completed the clenaing process. Pays off for itself in no time. I would recomend to anyone!

Good at what it does. Cleaning the filter is pretty easy. Maybe I'm just used to doing it.
