great mouse
I've used several gaming mice and this is one of the best. It took me a couple hours to get used to it with it's large size and unusual side button layout but that was expected.

Great mouse
Gotta love being able to do macro's and button assignments on the fly. I use it for almost every game I play now.
Only down side is altho it's true it has 9 buttons, only the 2 main ones, the scroll wheel, and the 2 sides can be programmed. So advertised as a 9 button reprogram mouse but just the standard 5 kinda sucked.
Shipping from Amazon is amazing, and if this one died I'd be probably 70% likely to repurchase rather than try out another.

Few Features, But a Wonderfull Mouse!
I usually hate anything Microsoft, but this mouse is the exception!
The buttons to change the resolution proved to be very useful both in games, and many other instances. I only play games a little bit, but I do work on a computer all day long, and the multiple resolution buttons have been way more usefull than I ever thought they would. I also like the shape and size. I have large hands, and very long fingers. I also have a Logitech MX revolution, and believe it or not, this microsoft mouse is much more comfortable to me... it is the only mouse I can use all day long without my hands hurting. I'm sure this is a very individual experience, it depends on your hands.... but I love it. The replacement pads for the bottom of the mouse are nice, too if you don't lose them.

Gaming mouse
Delivery was exceptional, but the mouse itself, was a letdown.The mouse had many conflicts with Microsoft media, and was difficult to get programed to use.Even after programing the buttons according to directions, there were buttons that would not program.All in all, the mouse was not what I expected, and ended up removing it and going with another mouse.

Great mouse
This Mouse is great for anything from gaming to all purpose desktop. It has inter-changable dpi settings all the way to 2000dpi, on the fly.
