Totally Awsome Remastered Sound!
How we yearn for the bands and sounds of the 1950's. Good old Days? Hey, I am only 44 years old. This sound is before I was born. Compare to today's music, I will get lost in the 1950's anytime! Thanks Guys! Thanks Les! JimmyMac Clifton Heights Pa.

A delightful ride
This trip through Les Paul and Mary Ford's recordings is so delightful that every time I listen to it, I wish it were longer. I find myself singing along every time.
The long excerpt from the 1950 Les Paul radio show at the end of the disc is interesting and fun, but all known episodes from the short-lived show are available and easy to find on the Internet.

Musical History
Les Paul was one of the first in the creation of modern music. The album was a joy to hear.

Les Paul Capitol Masters
Very Good audiofidelity. Enjoyed the Les & Mary recordings more than the instrumentals however. From the historical perspective, Paul's productions are interesting also.

The Best of The Best
If you're after a truly representative compilation of the works of Les Paul (and Mary Ford), then this is it. It's all there, pretty much on one CD. Thoroughly recommended listening for devotees and music lovers alike.
