Its Finally Released ON DVD Officially!!!!!
Canada Has released this on DVD Finally, for some reason no body seems to know about it cause people are still asking and hoping for this to be on DVD, WELL IT IS!!! WAKE UP!!!!
Its an official Universal Licensed/Tuff Gong release. If You guys are real Marley Fans You would have know about this from last year Like from June/July 2004. Yes Thats Right From the middle of last year!!! Now The Quality is Exceptionaly Crisp, except for a couple of frames but compared to the video, WOW!!!
The Deluxe Edition has two disc The First is The Rainbow Concert And The Second.....you may have guessed is Caribbean Nights There are some extras but I dont need to get into that, maybe it would make you guys move faster to ordering it. And you might also see whats missing on the second disc. I got mine somewhere else, cause for some reason Amazon no have it. Except for the U.K. page, and Canada's. So Now you know. Go Get It!!!!!!!!

Bob Marley and the Wailers: The Bob Marley Story
I can honestly say that this documentary is one of the best I have ever seen. Before I saw it, I would listen to Bob before my soccer games to calm my nerves. But after I saw this video, I have shared my view about it to all my friends. I wish I could get it in DVD soon.

Perfect. Hypnotic and touching.
I've shown this video to friends who were not previously Marley fans. They are now. Marley's charisma is boundless, and the depth of his soul shines through in this video. The video itself is put together very well, mixing numerous interviews with Bob with some live concert and recording scenes, interviews with friends and family, and fantastic footage of the significant places and events of Bob's life. The narrator's beautiful voice and British/Jamaican accent are hypnotic, and lend significantly to the video's charm.Still waiting not-so-patiently for this one to be re-issued on DVD. I couldn't recommend this more highly.

READ THIS REVIEW IT WILL BE HELPFUL
You may be trying to decide what Marley video to get. I have seen two Bob Marley videos, both the most popular and commercially successful. I have viewed this one (Caribbean Nights) and the video called Legend. Caribbean Nights is much more informative and has more interviews with Bob and other relatives and friends, Caribbean Nights is also twice as long and you learn valuable information. Of course there are a few interviews that aren't that interesting. Legend the movie is almost all live performances of the songs on the Legend cd. It has some interviews with bob but not as many as Caribbean Nights. But the songs performed in Legend are better than Caribbean Nights. Buy Legend if just want live performances. I will list the songs performed for Caribbean Nights (Legend includes all the songs on the Legend cd. and "Want More" from Rastaman Vibration, so there is no need for me to list the songs on the legend movie.) Songs performed on caribbean nights: No woman no cry Bad Card Trenchtown rock Stir it up Rastaman Chant Slave Driver - extremely good live performance concrete jungle lively up yourself war- cool live performance jammin' zimbabwe redemption song -same performance as in Legend the movie could you be loved-not live

outstanding documentary
Very well done. The blending of interviews and performance footage is handled so smoothly and the inclusion of many people associated with Marley creates a comprehensive vision of the man and his music as well as the environment that inspired it. Any fan of Reggae must own this. And you can't beat the price.
