The device is ergonomically shaped to fit perfectly in your hand. Plus it's small enough to carry with you when you travel--so you can be sure of perfect skin wherever you are. The Wave package includes 14 Deep Clean foaming pads with cleanser infused right inside them. To use the Wave, simply install a single pad and push the switch to turn it on. The whole machine vibrates gently. Hold the power cleanser under a bit of water to activate the pad, and a light foam appears. Move the pad over your face, allowing it to massage the foam deep into your pores to remove more dirt, oil, and makeup than ordinary cleansing. I was excited to buy my neutrogena wave and it worked very well my skin did get better but, although they say its waterproof i guess it can only tolerate so much. After about 2 months of using my wave it broke, it didnt work when i pressed it and if i push it hard enough it starts to work for about 2 seconds and stops again. i'm not sure if i want to buy another one, and end up having to buy it again in 2 months.

Good Cleaner!
This product is great and makes your skin extremely soft! The only complaint I have is that there isn't a fragrance free cleanser pad. But this is only because I have sensitive skin. Otherwise, the product is great and does all that it's advertised to do.

Excellent facial cleanser
I was somewhat skeptical of this little device but went ahead and purchased one anyway. I'm glad I did. My skin is so much softer and smoother after using it. The wave is also very convenient- it can be used in the shower or at the sink. Overall I am very satisfied!

Wow!!
I'm from Colorado, so I'm used to dry weather that keeps my oily skin at bay. But when I came out to visit a friend in Chicago, the humidity made my face break out immediately. I was washing my face every few hours just to keep it clean, because the oil production was just insane in this humidity! Enter the Wave. I've been going through a Neutrogena phase lately, so I decided to see what they could offer me.
When I first saw the Wave on tv a few months ago, it seemed very gimmicky, and I had no intention of buying it. However, when I saw the positive reviews all over the internet, I decided to try it out. SOOOO glad I did. It's such a deep clean! I immediately noticed that my skin was softer and cleaner than I was used to. After one use, I even saw that most of the blackheads on my chin and nose that I'd just accepted as a way of life back home had disappeared. Apparently the vibrations managed to wrestle the dirt and bacteria right out. Over a few uses, my skin is cleaner with fewer blackheads, and I've noticed a positive change in complexion. I'm definitely recommending this for a deep clean, especially for those of you unfortunate enough to live in humid areas. =)

Great results!
I saw the Neutrogena Wave in the Vanessa Hudgens commercial. I then went to Target and bought it.
Admittedly, I thought I would be disappointed after starting. It didn't give much foam. However, I gave it time, and the lather popped up, and I was completely satisfied with the result. Even after rinsing, it felt a bit sticky. However, after a few minutes, I was dry and my skin was SUPER SOFT!
If you begin use of this product and it seems unsatisfactory, DON'T GIVE UP! Faith in this product gave me fantastic results!
Trust me, I used this for the first time...a few minutes ago!
