I like it!
This video of Tamilee's has the workout feel of her classic and original tapes, but is a wee bit easier. The half an hour length is why. (Her other lower body tapes are 40 minutes or more) This one is full of lunges and squats, a few plies and a quick twist in the feet to make it a set of wider squats. I have weak ankles and this part didn't bother me, I should add. Then you come down to the floor for some glute squeezes. I wish there were more, but you could add some ankle weights on your hip bones to make it harder. That is what I had to start to do to challenge myself after a while. The second section has more floor work. Again, I wished she did more reps, but I lay my 5lb ankle weight above my knee and get added resistance that way. I still like the workout enough to give it 5 stars, instead of 4. If I add weight, it is a good workout. I didn't care for the inner thigh, but I use my Pilates ring instead. The workout would be great for intermediates, but you would have to modify for a challenge!
