4.5 stars. Very useful garden and home product
I bought this about a month ago when it was in the Lightning Deal. I wanted a useful gardening product for my mom, since she enjoys growing vegetables in our small urban backyard plot. Based upon the positive reviews I ordered it, and when it came, I was very disappointed that one of the leg joining tubes had a fracture. This seems to be a somewhat common problem for other customers as well.

Deciding that this product was too heavy to try to haul back to the post office (i have no car) and not cost-effective to try to get Amazon to replace it, I decided to assemble it anyway and see if it'd hold up. I contact Amazon about the damage and they gave me a partial credit for the order.

Now, after 3 weeks of use, I am happy to report that it is functioning great and I'm glad I purchase this. It comes in very handy for washing my hands in the back yard after gardening or cleaning up garbage. I was skeptical at first about the No-Crank feature, but it works like a charm.

I felt that the plastic could have been of higher quality and sturdiness, and that the connecting valves would be more ruggedized, but overall, this is an excellent product. The side flaps are a little flimsy, as are the arms supporting the flaps. I would not try to put too much weight on them.

Lastly, the unit is smaller than the pictures appear. The middle shelf is enough space for 3 adult shoes, to give you an idea of size.

Handy and Fully Equipped
At first I thought this would be a fancy toy and was pleasantly surprised to see that this is a workhorse for all kinds of house related things: washing dogs (small ones are O.K. but big ones need a lot more), gardening projects especially when water, soap and general cleaning items and vehicle cleaning requirements such as cars, vans, boats, campers etc.
When all the pieces are sealed (please buy a roll of teflon tape to make sure you have a tight fit between couplers) this sink station really works well. Moreover, it is so flexible when you need additional sources for water use. For example, if you are washing a small dog the used water can go down the floor drain without any problems. When you finish you can rinse off the floor with the hose and not have to disconnect the sink hoses. When you are finished the hose will roll-up so smoothly you will be amazed as I was. Of course, it does not take much to amaze me. That new FM radio band still amazes me.
This would be a "5" if it could hold a larger dog. I do not think a dog much bigger than a Jack Russell would fit without a few problems.

Fantastic Engineering
What a wondeful product.A real convenience to wash off garden vegtables,or your hands. I could not believe it went togeather so easy,without tools,screws,pins etc. Everything just snaped into place.Everything works just as stated.You might have to adjust the lengths of the hoses,depending on its location.That should be easy,any hardware store has the fittings.I would highly recommend this product.

Nearly perfect
My first one arrived badly damaged in shipping, but that was made right reasonably quickly. Amazon had these for quite a bit less money than folks did locally.

I was mainly after the outdoor/garden sink rather than the powered hose return. However, that hose return has impressed me. It just works, nice and simple with minimal fuss. My daughters now have a place for drinking water (get a drinking water safe short hose for house-to-sink) and always put the hose away after watering.

If you look around, there are a handful of outdoor sinks of this ilk available. This is the best built one and the only one that I can imagine would stand up year after year.
