Having used others, I can say this is my favourite. Simple to use, less conspicuous on your dog. extremely reliable (Many are not)

Only goes as far as 100 metres so could do with greater range, but it is acceptable and I found most time 100 metres was adequate.

Great customer support
When the collar first arrived, we found that it was not working properly. I called the customer support number, they talked me through several tests to see if they could get it to work. After a couple of tests the customer service rep. took down my information and said a new collar would be sent out. Sure enough 4 days later a new fully functioning collar was at my door. Althought the first collar didn't work, with the great customer support, i would recommend this collar and company.

Worked great for our Beagle
We have a very stubborn beagle which up to this point has thwarted all of our efforts to train him. By nature, he is a constant barker and quickly learned to bypass the citronella spray collar and was right back to barking. He's also a food hound and can often be found counter surfing. Once we purchased this collar, it wasn't long before he realized his howling days were over...not to mention the counter surfing as well. The only downfall is that the batteries ran out rather quickly, so I'd suggest ordering extras. Although, he's been on his good behavior even though the collar hasn't been on...we just need to keep it on hand though, because it's only a matter of time before he reverts to his old antics.

Wild Dog Helper!!!
We have the wildest dog ever but this product worked. NO JOKE. He hears the beep now and he'll stop where he is running to and come back. We've shocked him a few times but now he knows not to run off. I never write reviews so you know this must mean something. Great product. Batteries last a few weeks.

Very satisfied
I have a very sweet, but VERY stubborn dog. When she gets excited she won't listen to a word I say or respond to a thing I do, so I finally decided to get a shock collar. Although I originally thought it was a bit harsh, once I recieved it I was ok with it. It has variable settings which I tested on myself before putting it on my dog and also an audible tone for corrections if you don't want to shock your dog. My dog has really responded well to the collar. I take my dog to the fire station with me when it's cold and everyone has noticed a vast improvement. After having the product for about a week the reciever stopped working. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a new one. Overall I'd say I had a great experience with this seller.
