Great litter
I live in a very small apartment, and I can't stand bad kitty smells. This stuff clumps well and holds odors. I scoop every day and you would never know I had a cat until he's rubbing your leg begging for attention.

I also love that it's free of obnoxious perfumes.

Love this litter, NO DUST!
We have multiple cats and started using this litter a few months ago. I love that it is TOTALLY DUST FREE. We used to get Fresh Step Litter, and it smelled nice but was sooo dusty. The cats took right to the new litter, and it keeps the odor down just fine. I do clean it every day. We also added the Litter Attractant. An added plus is that this litter is also cheaper than Fresh Step.

I'm a relatively recent cat owner and total geek so I've tried pretty much every type of litter out there. Clay, pine, sawdust, pelleted paper, crystals, the lot! So far this has been my favourite. The problem with the other clay based litters has been the dust they produce, both when pouring it into the box and seeing my black cat with a white head after using the box. This stuff seems pretty much totally dust free. It does clump, not as much as stuff like the Arm & Hammer clumping stuff...but that's a good thing! Some other clumpers clump so much that you end up using a vast quantity of the stuff.
This stuff is delivered to your door, weighs a ton; again, I think a good thing as it doesn't track out of the box as much as say the sawdust based litters which made my carper look like I was into caprentry. It also keeps the stink at bay (if I smell it, well it's time to empty the litter box...about every 2 days for my cat). All in all, great price, best litter I've tried.

good if you like clumping litter
if you have an automated litter box or just prefer clumping litter, this is as good as any i've tried. granted the large bag is heavy and hard to maneuver, but i just scooped it into 2 smaller bags and had no problems. for the cost and free shipping, i'd say the 40 lb bag is worth it, and with 2 cats i havent noticed any additional smell vs my old brand. personally i like using the cellulose type that absorbs liquids rather than clumps them, just for the less frequent litter cleanouts and "pellet vs sand" scatter control.

a real treat for cat lovers
This cat litter is a treat to use. With my 5 cats, we clean cat box twice a day. I say we because until now my 10 yr. old would never clean the box before, because in his words "it was too yucky and gross." Since I found this litter on Amazon, he has cleaned it a couple of times for me and says "this really isn't so bad"
You don't get the cloud of dust in your face when you pour it in the pan. Also, even though it has no perfume to bother our alergies, it really covers the odor as long as the cats cover their waste completly and when they don't, we just use the scoop to toss some over and the smell is gone. It absorbs the moisture from the waste quickly.
Recently, I went out of town for the weekend and set up an extra litter box. I was expecting a total mess on my return, but was pleasantly surprised there was no major odor problem as I had experienced with other major brands.
This is a great product for cat lovers. I'm not saying its a joy to clean the box now (I'm not that zen) but it sure makes it faster and easier. It also seems to keep most waste towards the middle of the litter in the box, so I only have to do a total cleaning (dump everything and scrub the box) monthly instead of biweekly as I did before. 6 stars ******
