The things that can be done with pocket change...
This film is really cheap and really cheesy. Do not buy. Rent.On the plus side, the plot line could have been decent. It was hard to tell under the bad acting and poor film quality(ever taped something SLP? Like that.) There's a short Henry Rollins sighting (one line) and both Stan Lee and Frank Miller have bit parts. If you've ever played Whitewolf's Vampire RPG, you'll recognize the vampires.

join the masquerade!
OK, so maybe the acting and the storyline would go along great with some cheesy velveeta nachos tonite. however, we must take into consideration this film is indeed stylish in some sense of the word. although i feel the characters are not as credible as they could be,the vampires in this film still give me the chills. i cant watch this film at nite and i dare anyone to turn off the lights and try the same. some of the thrills(or should i say camera movements) come fast and furious so beware. there are a few liberal doses of unnecessary humor here and there to help it along as well as small appearance by henry rollins(yes, this rollins band!!!)in this film. probability suggests this film could become a cult classic as goth has never truly gone out of style. this film will probably appeal to fans of anne rice, listeners of bauhaus, and all of my vampire buddies out there. hey, you might just wanna pick it up for the appearance of henry rollins himself.

Mezmorizing and Brilliant - Dare to Watch It!
This film is not for the light-hearted or weak-minded. Jugular Wine is a journey to the dark side seldom expressed so vividly or disturbing. Equally as mesmorizing are the enigmatic characters which are portrayed as the dark story unfolds. The Director's casting in these roles is pure brilliance.

Sexy suspence and horror, not for the weak of intellect
Blair's first attempt at a feature length film is quite impressive. He melds together the intense images of gothic horror and supernatural sexuality. This film is not for the faint of heart or weak of intellect. The metaphors for the frailty of the human spirit and it's susceptability to be seduced by the lure of vampire imortalty are intriguing.
