Product Description: It's a beautiful day in Bikini Bottom, and SpongeBob is ready to start his day. Kids can use their vocabulary, math, spelling, logic and problem solving skills to help their favorite porous, yellow friend make it through a typically spongy day. In this Learning Adventure, kids can explore seven scenes from SpongeBob's environment, such as matching vocabulary words to help SpongeBob flip patties at the Krusty Krab, solving math problems to catch jellyfish with Patrick, solving logic puzzles in order to navigate through a boating lesson, and using money skills to buy groceries at the Bargain Mart. At the end of SpongeBob's day, kids will be rewarded by a rockin' bash to top off a day well spent. The Learning Zone also features four learning games focusing on geometry, comparison skills, weights and measures and mathematics. Providing hours of exciting game play, this V.Smile Smartridge works with all V.Smile Learning systems (sold separately).

We love this game!
V-Tech V-Smile Smartridge: Spongebob Square Pants
My son got this game as a gift when he turned four .... He just turned five this year and he's still playing this game.
His daddy and him like to play the "House Party" quick play game the most. It's kind of like a reflex game where you have to be quick and accurate to press the correct color button the same time they hit a light with the color ball. The other games are so great too. A few of them require you to be quick and my son likes those the most.
I love this game because it's challenging him but fun also and there are quite a few things to play on it so it won't get boring quickly. My son loves SpongeBob but I don't think that matters as far as the game goes. I think it would be fun even if you don't know the character. This is definitely our favorite smartridge.
We have a woman and sometimes visits my son ...she is 76 years old & is addicted to the SpongeBob game now too! Ha ha

Sponge Bob not to Square
I don't find this smartridge to be boring either; My children like to do the spongebob and sandy surf where it will test your childs skills on odd's and evens, which is good. Then there is the crabby patty shop where Spongebob will try to flip burgers in time to spell words. Spongebob test your ability to compare two pictures and see what things in each similar picture is the same. Also would be the store where they find things less than or greater than a certain ounch {7 oz or heavier than 9 oz}, I also see the one where sponge bob is having a dream and you have to shoot the dream bubble that is not what he says. I enjoy the fraction race where your child gets to learn about fractions by seeing what peace they will need in order to complete the question. I find it pretty interesting. I watch all four of my boys play and their friends (hey it is what keeps it quiet when I have seven to ten kids in my home)

V-Smile has made better
My son picked out the Sponge Bob game and I had high hopes until he started playing it. Even though the game is for a higher age group, I found the game a bit slow and boring. I'm not expecting the graphics to be stellar for any V-Smile game, but the Sponge Bob game is the worst. Winnie-the-Pooh is still my favorite, and Toy Story 2 and Nemo aren't far behind.
I wish the folks at V-Smile had put more effort into this one.
