5 stars If the book is anything like the author - it is great!
I know the author and took the NSCAA coaching course with her. She was continually called upon for demonstrations because she knows her stuff. Many goalkeeping books are outdated or include only partial sessions or a limited amount of exercises. Tamara's book is 50 COMPLETE sessions.
