A great gift
I purchased several of these videos for my clients, family, and friends that love golf but are not all that familiar with yoga. It makes a great gift. Ronni is an outstanding teacher.

I literally got my hole-in-one with her instruction!
I was disappointed to read that some folks think that Ronni Diamond's videotape is nonsubstantive. I found that, to the contrary, after applying her principles to my golf game that I actually nailed a hole-in-one. I am a rookie golfer and have had no professional instruction except for an intense, passionate fiancee who was a task master out on the course. Ronni's skill is in connnecting and releasing the confidence we all have inside us. After all, how can one possibly nail a hole-in-one without supreme confidence, clarity and peace of mind? Without her, I would have never realized such a magnificent marker event. As Norman Vincent Peale said, "the rough is only mental". Ronni helped me to prove that it was just that.

Practical Techniques I can really use
The techniques I've learned from this video have significantly improved my flexibility and have actually made the game more fun. I seem to have more power in my swing while at the same time I'm more relaxed and focused while I play. A number of other videos that I've tried were slickly produced but did not give me simple, practical techniques that I could actually use. This video's natural class participation was a format that I could easily follow and learn from. Thanks for helping me play better golf.

Whole in One Lowered My Handicap
I have purchased and tried many sport and golf yoga videos and really believe that Ronni Diamond's is the best. Her clear, concise instruction gave me the tools to take what I learned to the course. I have a lot of problems with flexibility and this is a yoga tape that I can do and not get frustrated. I tried taking yoga classes before and dropped out when I could not keep up. Not only can I keep up with what Ronni teaches, but also I have really improved over the year I have used her tape. I often view the tape and perform the yoga exercises before a round of golf when I will not be able to hit balls and I arrive at the course ready to go. I can't wait for her next tape.
