Not a Rating for Item Quality, but a Rating for Jacking Up the Price For No Reason Other Than Being Closer to Christmas
This looks like a really nice piece of jewelry, so I'm not rating the quality or anything else about the necklace. My problem is with the price of the item shooting up 20% since Wednesday.
I added this item to my cart on Wednesday, and the price was $50 with free overnight shipping. I had to wait until I got paid yesterday, before I made the purchase, and to my dismay, when I logged in yesterday, the price had jumped up to $60 for no apparent reason, other than it being closer to Christmas. What lovely Christmas spirit.
As a result, I won't be purchasing it, but I'm sure it's very nice.
Don't use this as a review of the item quality, but rather a review of the pricing practices, I've seen this happening a lot lately. The same day I also added the Christmas Vacation DVD to my cart and the price was $9.99, now it's $14.99. Another sale that won't happen now. In my opinion this type of behavior is shameful.
