Tae Bo Advanced Live, Vol. 3
I've tried lots of Tae Bo tapes. My favorites are the advanced Get Ripped series which I use about 4 days a week. The Advanced Live, Vol.3, is very good, maybe a little less intense. I like the music on it too. And as always, Billy Blanks is very inspirational.

THE BEST TAEBO I'VE TRIED
This is the best Taebo workout I've tried yet! I've done several of the Advanced and Live series as well as Cardio and this has surpassed them all in terms of difficulty and overall conditioning. It ends with an awesome leg workout that really burns! AWESOME!

You drip with sweat!
I can't believe that this tape has not been reviewed yet. This is an awesome workout! By the end of the workout, I was literally pouring with sweat. I usually run 5 miles/day and was surprised to find myself completely winded after this! Definitely buy it (if you can find it). Totally intense and worth it for those of us who are hard-core about staying in shape.
