Prenatal Massage Video Review
As a massage therapy instructor, I have been searching for over 3 years for a thorough pre natal massage video or dvd. In my opinion, this one is not it. It's only 30 minutes long and I feel that some of the techniques shown can be inappropriate for pregnancy. There are some definite contraindications for pre natal massage that the therapist should be familiar with. This video shows the semi reclined position for the majority of the video, instead of side lying position. I feel that the side lying position is the safest for a pregnant woman. Just not that great of a video, all in all.
