Step by Step Reflexology Tutor
This is an excellent video for those students and lovers of reflexology alike. Whether you are a professional or someone just wanting to make your friends/loved ones feel better with a lovely foot work over, this is the video for you! Ann Gilanders is easy to understand, her techniques are videoed nicely so you can follow the procedure with ease on your own. The video setting is in Hawaii and adds natural beauty and calm to the overall mood of the video.

A wonderfull video !
This is the best video available on foot reflexology ! It is packed with information in a clear and usable style. It unfolds like a beautyfull flower opening to greet the morning sunlight on a fresh spring day ! Wondererfull ! ! ! Incidently this video is in many library systems , and many professional reflexologists own it. Dave L

Great for beginners, very specific on hand movements.
Awesome video! Shows movement of hands and position of feet well. Also gives some interesting information that is great to pass onto clients. Good for beginers in reflexology and also helps set a routine for a foot massage during a regular bodyworks session.

Beautiful, informative and entertaining!
Ann Gillanders is a delight, and the Hawaiian setting is beautiful. This is a fun way to learn about a fascinating subject, and they go into some detail about the history. I loved it.

This video is the spice that made me want to learn more.
After following along with Gillanders on the feet surrounding me, I rapidly realized the need for thumb push-ups. Aside from some missing information in the video (the face is referred to but the techniques are not shown), Gillanders' instruction is superb from a beginners standpoint.
