5 stars Wai Lana's Easy Toning Workout
I am a beginner and have been following this tape with my 12-year-old son (also a beginner). We love the easy-to-follow directions, beautiful and relaxing scenery, and Wai Lana's peaceful and encouraging manner. We tried other beginner yoga videos from the library, but Wai Lana is our favorite. Highly recommended!!


5 stars Relaxing and beautiful
Wai Lana's style of yoga is very peaceful, relaxing, and great for cultivating energy. This first series is as it says "easy" but that's not the point. The point is it makes you feel great. She knows how to teach you to breathe and listen to your body to get the most out of the yoga positions.
