So far so good with this unit. I hve installed one in a new home with no complaints from the homeowners. Simple to install and seem to be of good quality. One thing to note is that the power supply is permanently connected with a plug. You will have to install an outlet as opposed to direct wiring. I think that I will prefer this method.
