Worth the extra money
Don't waste your money on Home Depot garbage. My experience is that even their most expensive hoses leak and tangle. This hose is very well manufactured - you will feel the quality if you compare it to what you get from home center.

Great product, very well made
I would recommend this product to anyone with the need of 3/4 inch hose. It offers full flow, very strong without kinking. I think it's the best hose sold in USA. Thanks Amazon for offering this quality product.

3/4 inch X 100 ft Flexogen Hose
This is a good hose, but not the best hose I have owned. I have it hooked to water hydrants in my yard that are off my irrigation mains and I like the 3/4 inch for a super flow of water for cleaning, quicker watering, etc. The single drawback is that it easily kinks and shuts off the water flow. The good part though is that when the kink is straightened out, the kink disappears. My best ever hose is a black rubber Sears hose that is 40 years old and it doesn't kink and is still in great working order, has solid brass fittings, etc., so in having one like this, I want a repeat product, especially for the money that this Gilmour hose costs.

About the best you can get
I have a small farm and use lots of hoses. Of all I've tried, Gilmour hoses have been the best by far. They have superior, solid fittings; resist kinking the best (of hoses not specifically designed to avoid kinking); and have remained the most pliable with weathering. Best of all is Gilmour's lifetime warranty: should the hose ever fail to perform, just cut off the ends and send them to Gilmour and they'll send you a new hose. I've done this a couple times with no hassle. Other hoses want you to have saved the receipt, original packaging, etc. Who does that?

This really is "the last hose you'll ever buy."

Great Price, Great Product
I bought two of these 100 foot hoses because they can withstand high pressure and hooked them together, laid them on my carport roof and use them as a solar water pre-heater. We're in a mild climate and have saved over $20/month on natural gas. Haven't had the water heater start up in 3 months because the solar heated water is at 135 F and the heater is set for 125 F.
