DO NOT SHOP WITH CREATIVE....
If I had known of the type of service I would receive with this company I never would have considered shopping from them. 1. I never received the product. 2. Amazon has you fill out a customer feedback. Once I did so stating the facts that I did not receive the product and was charged 10% restock fee as well as losing $14.00 in the shipping cost. My family and I were then badgered by the company's so called customer service. They phoned my sister every day questioning her even when she told them I was working in the Middle East. Telling her she is to tell me to remove the negative feedback. 3. I asked them time and time again not to contact me or my family as the transaction was complete, I'd cut my losses and I wanted nothing more to do with them they in turn called my family some more and of Corse they emailed me even more. You would think I owed them money. Last I checked I paid for the purchase and some!

I PURCHASED THE EXACT JACKET FO RMY SISTER FROM ANOTHER VENDOR AT AMAZON. IT GOT THERE ON TIME. WITHOUT THE DRAMA. AND BEST OF ALL NO PHONE CALLS AND NO EMAILS!

Won't ship to Alaska
I was looking forward to getting this jacket, but they cancelled my order because they wouldn't ship to Alaska! Very disappointing! I don't understand why companies won't ship to Alaska. We are not a foreign country, yet we are treated that way by some companies! I hope they are reading this!
