Great for scootering in Boston
I bought these for wind and rain protection while Scooter-ing in Boston MA. They are great, they go over whatever I am wearing, they keep out the rain and wind, and they store in my backpack for when I need them. They are lightweight and fold up really tiny, so I wear them winter and summer.
I highly reco these. I just love mine.

Good Pants for Rain or Snow
